新北市國際教育輔導團組織及運作實施計畫
壹、依據
一、新北市2016~2018卓越人才LEADING未來三年計畫
二、新北市國際教育中程計畫(2016-2018)
貳、目標
一、推廣國際教育課程融入,豐富學生國際視野。
二、開發國際教育教材教法,充實教材擇選範圍。
三、鼓勵課程與教學研究,提升國際教育教學品質。
四、研發創新教學策略,豐富國際教育課程內涵。
參、組織及運作方式
一、團長:由新北市政府教育局(以下簡稱本局)局長擔任,統籌並督導團務運作。
二、副團長:由本局副局長擔任,襄助團長並整合相關資源以推
動團務。
三、總幹事:由本局新住民文教輔導科(以下簡稱新民科)科長擔任,襄助團長、副團長並規劃與協調團務工作。
四、諮詢顧問:邀請專家學者擔任,提供團務運作之諮詢並協助推動年度重點工作。
五、團員:置召集人1人,副召集人4-9人,由本市高中職及國中小校長兼任,團員若干人,由本市高中職及國中小主任或教師兼任。

六、運作方式
學期初召開團務會議,討論年度工作方向,學期中定期
召開團務會議,進行經驗分享及意見交流,學期末辦理
檢討會議,以精進團務運作。
(二)輔導方式:
1、推動並發展國際教育課程:研發及推廣國際教育參考課程及教材,辦理國際教育融入課程教學示範,提供本市各級學校教師參採運用。
2、增能研習:
(1)協助推動各校兼任行政職務人員及教師國際教
育知能研習。
(2)辦理團員增能研習,提升輔導團成員教學專業
素養。
3、到(區)校諮詢:到(區)校提供諮詢建議,提供學校
發展及教師教學建議。
4、交流參訪:赴國內外或接待國外團體來訪交流,分
享雙方推動經驗,作為精進本市推動國際教育之參
考。
(三)每學年度結束時,提出工作成果報告,送交本局參考。
獎勵
一、依據「新北市政府所屬各級學校及幼兒園辦理教師敘獎
處理原則」附表第29項第1款,借調至輔導團教師,
服務成績優良,每滿一年嘉獎二次,由本局統一簽核;
另辦理各項輔導團業務績效優良者,依據前開處理原則
附表第29項第3款,每滿一年工作人員嘉獎二次,以
五人為限,含召集人記功一次。餘各子項計畫業務敘
獎另專案辦理。
二、輔導團團員得比照「新北市政府教育局國民教育輔導團
設置及運作要點」第七點第三項之規定,輔導團員參加
學校候用校長、候用主任或其他教育人員甄選、遷調
時,其年資得比照本市學校兼行政職務之教師採計積分
或酌予加分,採計標準以當年度簡章為主。
貳、團員於參與執行輔導團工作項目,同意核予公假派代方
式辦理。
參、本計畫經新北市政府教育局核定後實施,修正時亦同。
