SIEP Business Description

SIEP (International Education for Primary & Secondary Schools) means an international education program promoted by primary and secondary schools. The program is divided two parts, one "bottom-up", carried out by the competent educational administrations and schools, and the other "top-down", implemented by the Ministry of Education.

In the "bottom-up" promotion, it is divided into four tracks, namely, first, the school handles the international education curriculum and teaching development plan; second, the school handles the international communication plan, and third, the school handles the teacher professional growth plan; fourth, the school handles internationalization plan.

According to the letter from the Ministry of Education, the plan is presented around September 30 of each year. The implementation period is from January 1 to December 31 of the following year. The funds are subsidized by the Ministry of Education and the local self-raised funds.
