新北市104年北海岸區域課程聯盟(IC)國際遊學計畫
壹、依據: 新北市推動國際教育行動方案。
貳、前言
立足在地、放眼世界是現代學子必備的全球化知能,經由國際遊學交換學習,或與來訪國外學子互動交流亦是提昇國際觀不二法門。透過精心設計之規劃課程,接待每年來自海外暑期國際遊學團過程,提供本市學生在短時間內浸淫於文化陶冶與生活學習等經驗之分享,攜手達成世界公民特質之養成。是以,接待不僅為接待,交流不只為交流,而是從彼此互動中,為共同關注的議題進行深化理解之討論,繼而朝向「I Sail to the World!」建構國際交流多元學習之管道。
参、年度實施目標
一、辦理暑假國際遊學活動,建立遊學最適課程模式(I See)。
二、辦理國際學生遊學互動,提供學生互動學習機會(I Care)。
三、連結北海岸區課程聯盟,增廣國際課程學習向度(I Change)。
肆、辦理時程:104年7月22日
伍、辦理梯隊:共3大團隊同步在北海岸各校進行。
陸、辦理單位:
一、主辦單位: 新北市政府教育局。
二、承辦單位: 新北市淡水區淡水國中。
三、協辦單位: 新北市淡水國中、正德國中、三芝國中、石門國中、淡水商工、竹圍
高中。
四、合辦單位: 淡江大學華語學習中心。
柒、邀訪對象:
一、海外參加暑期國際遊學學生約230名。
二、本市北海岸區課程聯盟學校學生約120名。
捌、實施策略:
一、團隊運作策定年度計畫。
(一) 研訂本年度計畫核心價值,訂定課程操作方向。
(二) 啟動北海岸國際遊學團隊,策定年度實施計畫。
二、召開會議研討執行順序。
(一) 召開團隊會議,確認實施程序及配合事宜。
(二) 掌握工作推展進度,並及時檢討作業流程。
三、展開邀請實現遊學計畫。
(一) 依據規劃內容,確立遊學對象及邀請作業。
(二) 完成細部遊學操作程序,確保順利持執行。
四、規畫年度遊學課程模式。
(一) 整合區課程聯盟互動式特色課程。
(二) 成立特色課程推動設計執行小組。
五、提供學生遊學參訪行程。
(一) 採世界咖啡討論模式,分組執行實踐從作中學。
(二) 以議題式之分組報告,產出分享落實核心價值。
玖、預期效益
一、量的成效
(一) 辦理國際遊學活動三場次。
(二) 參與國際遊學活動學生至少300人以上。
二、質的成效
(一) 透過遊學活動提升對國際文化之理解。
(二) 經由活動參與強化學習者接觸異國文化的動機。
(三) 區策略課程聯盟引導產出北海岸區特色內容分享(附件1)。
拾、本計畫之經費概算表如附表(略)。
拾壹、本計畫經北海岸區域課程聯盟學校討論通過,向本府教育局申請補助經費後實施之,
修正時亦同。
