華語學習專班的主要招收對象為何?新住民學習課程之入學資格為何?其課程應如何招生?
一、對華語識字學習有興趣的新住民朋友,並設籍本市持有居留證。
二、原則上以設籍本市之新住民朋友,均可申請入學就讀。
三、可藉由學校、區公所、戶政事務所等,以張貼海報、印發招生簡章方式協助 宣傳招生。
華語學習專班授課內容有哪些?是否有不同課程可任其選擇?寒、暑假有否開辦新住民學習專班?其時間為何?
一、華語學習專班以識字教育為主,生活輔導課程為輔。
二、請於本網站首頁之最新消息及學習專區,即有詳細開班訊息,或電洽國際多 元服務櫃檯服務人員,服務電話:29603456(或直撥1999)轉分機 5122~5126。
三、依各校實際開班時間而定,寒、暑假亦可開班。
新住民華語學習課程之招生規定為何?一所學校可申辦幾個班?一所學校可申辦幾個班次?幾名學員可組成一班?
有關華語學習專班之規定:
一、招生規定:依「教育部補助辦理成人基本教育實施原則」規定招生對象為年 滿十五歲以上,不識字或未具國民小學畢業程度之外籍與大陸配偶。
二、學校申請班次:各校依師資、學員多寡、學員需求等需要向教育局申請之。
三、每班學員數:每班以15~20 人為原則。
參與華語學習專班學習多久,才不算輟學,才不算輟學?學員本身能力參差不齊, 學員需求有所差異,學員需求有所差異,班級人數少,是否有依其程度差異分 班?
一、本項課程因未授予相關學歷證書,且尚未有學歷認證程序,自無輟學等方面 的問題。惟基於經費資源取得不易,請教師及相關人員應多關心學員個別問題,主動積極協助理,以避免學員產生中途輟學之情形。
二、教學時依程度以小班教學為原則(每班約15~20人左右),必要時作個別指導,若人數夠多,可依教育程度、識字能力、來台年數、國籍別、分班開設,以降低 異質性、多族群之教學困難。
新住民學習課程結束後是否有畢(結)業證書?
若開班係依補校要點設置者,完成學業頒發畢業證書;若依成人基本教育研習班 規定設置者,完成課業則頒發結業證書。
如何使新住民之家人放心,讓其繼續學習?若因故無法到校上課者,如何修習此課程?學校行政單位如何提供教師必要之協助?
一、可以利用家庭訪視或社區開會時多做說明,或請資深學員做經驗分享,並落實學習成果回饋給家庭及子女的教養上。
二、請多與家人做溝通說明,為了新住民朋友整體生活適應、家庭協助及未來子女敎養需求考量,應請家人支持其走出家門前往學習。亦可在家中透過網路及多媒體設備學習,以建立健全完善的支持體系。
三、各處室應全力支援教師教學,主動提供教材、環境設備、各項研習資訊及有關新住民權益之相關資訊等。
