New Immigrant Women Health Screening Program

◎Service object:

NTC's new immigrant women (foreign and mainland Chinese spouse who got married with Taiwan's nationals), mainly for new arrivals, or has reunited (returning to the country of origin) within one year, and Southeast Asian nationals.

Home safety check for Children of vulnerable immigrant families

For vulnerable new immigrant families having children under the age of 6, provide home safety check services and consultation.

New Immigrant Pregnant Women Prenatal Examination Subsidy Program

before obtaining Public Health Insurance

Where a new immigrant fails to obtain public health insurance status within 4 months of immigration, she will be subsided by 10 prenatal examinations, German measles antibody test, hepatitis B antibody test, streptococcus streptococci screening, and ultrasonic examination per child.

New Immigrants Care Service Stations

Sanchong, and Banqiao New Immigrant Families Service Centers, New Taipei City (NTC) guided the public and private departments of the 29 districts of NTC to establish immigrant Families Care Service Stations.  The Care Service Station Caring station provides new immigrants such local services including telephone care, family care visits, life accompaniment, networking activities, and life integration. You can contact the Care Service Station in each distract nearby. If there is multiple demand for new immigrants, who can be referred the New immigrants Families Service Center for follow-up service.

Fare subsidy for Prenatal Checkup of New Taipei City

"Pregnant Women's Car"

A pregnant woman whose household is registered in this city, or a new immigrant (including a mainland spouse) who registers the marriage with the citizens of the city, and who is pregnant, taking the designated fleet to and from the medical institutions for prenatal checkup, which is divided into two rounds each time, can enjoys each time the maximum subsidy of NT$200 each time, up to 10 checkups. For prenatal visit only, it is not allowed after childbirth, and it is limited to one application per pregnancy. Please apply to the District Office or this Department. Vulnerable children and teenagers

Childcare guidance service

For families who have established a family and actually live in the city, with 0 to 6 years old children at home and have childcare guidance needs, the professional teacher will guide the parents to use the teaching materials and picture books at home to help the children learn, and also provide the children's language and cognitive teaching, so that the children's learning can get started early!
