International multi-service Counters and Service Pa Pa Go

 In 2008, the Education Department set up a single window of five service personnel of 7 kinds of language as Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, Philippine, and English, in the west side of the first floor of the city government to provide a full range of services for new immigrants. In 2016, tour services and publicity in 29 districts of this City started.
